Game Data: Your game settings, preferences, high scores, and statistics are stored locally on your device using standard system storage (UserDefaults). This data is never transmitted to our servers or any third party.

Data Storage

All game data, statistics, and preferences are stored locally on your device. We do not operate servers that store user data. If you uninstall the App, all locally stored data will be deleted.

            No data leaves your device. Street Rush operates entirely offline. There are no analytics, no tracking, and no network requests made by the App.
        

Third-Party Services

Street Rush does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The only external service involved is:

Apple StoreKit — used solely for the optional "Rate This App" feature, which is handled entirely by Apple's system. (Apple Privacy Policy)

Children's Privacy

Street Rush is a family-friendly game. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). The App does not require any personal information to function and does not include any social features, advertising, or in-app purchases.

Your Rights

Since we do not collect any personal data, there is no personal information to access, modify, or delete. You can:

Uninstall the App to remove all locally stored data
Reset your game progress by reinstalling the App

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with a new "Effective Date" at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
