Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Baloot Score mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Description of the App

Baloot Score is a free mobile application designed for tracking scores in the card game Baloot. The App provides score tracking, game statistics, and customization features to enhance your gaming experience.

Use of the App

You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. When using the App, you agree to:

Use the App only for its intended purpose of score tracking
Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the App
Not use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the App
Not use the App for any unlawful purpose

Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, and code within the App are the property of the developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without prior written consent.

Advertising

The App displays advertisements provided by third-party advertising services (Google AdMob). By using the App, you acknowledge that advertisements may be displayed during your use. You may remove advertisements through an optional in-app purchase.

In-App Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases (such as removing advertisements). All purchases are processed through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms and conditions. Purchases are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

            Note: All payment processing is handled securely by Google Play. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information.
        

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, or damages resulting from errors or interruptions in the App.

Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle information. Please review our Privacy Policy for more details.

All game data is stored locally on your device
We do not collect personal information
Uninstalling the App will delete all locally stored data
