Seven Dimen - Privacy Policy

Introduction

Welcome to Seven Dimen ("we", "our", or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our mobile card game application ("the App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices.

Information We Collect

Seven Dimen is designed to respect your privacy. We do not require account creation or login to use the App.

Information we do NOT collect:

Personal identification information (name, email, phone number)
Location data
Contacts or address book data
Photos, videos, or files from your device
Health or fitness data

Information collected automatically:

Device Information: General device type and operating system version, used solely for app compatibility and crash reporting.
Game Settings: Your preferences (such as theme, language, sound settings) are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to our servers.
Game Center Identity (online features, iOS): If you use the online features, the App uses your Apple Game Center player identity (your Game Center display name and player identifier) to match you with other players and to submit scores to leaderboards. This identity is managed by Apple — we do not collect or store it on any server of our own.

Online Multiplayer & Presence

Seven Dimen offers an optional live online mode (iOS). Online play is entirely opt-in and works as follows:

Discoverable mode: When you switch on "Discoverable," your Game Center display name and your availability status (available / playing) are published to a shared lobby, hosted on Apple's iCloud (CloudKit) service, so that other players can see you and invite you to a game. This information is visible to other players of the App while Discoverable is on.
Turning it off: Switching Discoverable off removes you from the lobby. If the App is closed, your entry expires automatically within about a minute. Presence entries are temporary and are not retained.
Gameplay connection: Online matches are connected through Apple Game Center. Game moves travel between the players' devices via Apple's services; we do not operate any game servers and cannot see your matches.
No chat: The App contains no chat or messaging. The only information other players see about you is your Game Center display name and in-game actions.

        We run no servers of our own. All online features are built on Apple's Game Center and iCloud services, under your Apple Account and Apple's privacy protections.
    

Game Center & Leaderboards

On iOS, the App integrates with Apple Game Center. If you are signed into Game Center, your match results (such as total wins, win rate, and win streaks) are submitted to Game Center leaderboards under your Game Center identity, where they may be visible to other players. Game Center is provided and managed by Apple — see Apple's Game Center & Privacy. You can manage or disable Game Center in your device Settings.

Advertising

The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Google AdMob may collect and use data to serve personalized or non-personalized ads. This data may include:

Device identifiers (advertising ID)
IP address
General usage data

You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings. You may also remove ads entirely through an in-app purchase.

In-App Purchases

The App offers an optional in-app purchase to remove advertisements. All purchase transactions are processed securely through the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on your platform. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information.

Data Storage

All game data and preferences are stored locally on your device. We do not operate servers that store user data. If you uninstall the App, all locally stored data will be deleted. The only data that leaves your device for online play is the temporary lobby presence described above (your Game Center display name and availability), which is held briefly on Apple's iCloud service and expires automatically.

Children's Privacy

Seven Dimen is a family-friendly card game. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). The App does not require any personal information to function. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will take steps to delete such information.

Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services that may collect information:

Google AdMob — for displaying advertisements (Google Privacy Policy)
Apple Game Center — for online matchmaking, multiplayer, and leaderboards on iOS (Game Center & Privacy)
Apple iCloud (CloudKit) — for the temporary online lobby / presence list on iOS (Apple Privacy Policy)
Apple App Store / Google Play Billing — for processing in-app purchases (Apple Privacy Policy / Google Payments Privacy Notice)

Your Rights

Since we do not collect personal data, there is typically no personal information to access, modify, or delete. However, you can:

Reset your advertising identifier through your device settings
Opt out of personalized ads in your device settings
Remove ads through the in-app purchase option
Turn off "Discoverable" at any time to stop appearing in the online lobby
Sign out of Game Center in your device settings to disable all online features
Uninstall the App to remove all locally stored data

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with a new "Effective Date" at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
